My name is Susan P. Mileham. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in medication management for children 6+, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on ADHD, depression, and anxiety. About SPRAVATO®
SPRAVATO® (esketamine) CIII nasal spray is a nonselective, noncompetitive antagonist of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor – an ionotropic glutamate receptor. It is a first-of-its kind medicine approved by the FDA in two major depressive disorder (MDD) subpopulations with high unmet need. SPRAVATO® is approved in the United States, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and to treat depressive symptoms in adults with MDD with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

I am a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Wichita, specializing in comprehensive medication management for individuals aged 6 and up, including children, adolescents, and adults. With a strong focus on treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, I am committed to improving the mental health and overall well-being of my patients in the Wichita area.
My passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care has driven me to open a Spravato (esketamine) CIII - Nasal Spray Treatment Center in May 2022, right here in Wichita. This cutting-edge treatment has been life-changing for many of my patients, offering a new path to recovery for those struggling with treatment-resistant depression. I am continually inspired by the significant positive changes this treatment brings to my patients' lives and am committed to making it accessible to more individuals in the Wichita community.
